Important Information and When Will Your Order Ship...
 

 Please allow 1-2 business days for engraving/customization/processing of any order.
 Then you must allow for delivery time to your destination. This applies to orders being shipped using
 any form of shipping, including express methods such as UPS next day, 2day and 3 day.
 UPS does not include weekends or holidays as delivery or service days.
 

When do I receive tracking information? You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
and/or just ahead of the actual ship date. If you need to change your shipping method

What about military addresses? If shipping to a military APO/FPO address please allow at least
5-7 business days for delivery in addition to the processing time required and mentioned above.

Important to mention:
Orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Illinois
When sending to a PO Box or Military address you must ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Credit Card orders will show as Kemper Lake Group on your statement.
Emails sent to us regarding your order must have the order number in the email subject field please.
